Senior Solutions Engineer, ITSM/ESM, French & Spanish Speaking Join Atlassian as a Senior Solutions Engineer, instrumental in expanding our ITSM/ESM business. This role is ideal for professionals fluent in French, Spanish, and English who thrive in complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to expand our growing business and team. You’ll work directly with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize winning sales cycles, deliver value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and close business. Work closely together with cross‑functional teams to drive the customer journey. Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities. Partner with sales management to align overall account plans and customer outcomes. Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers and prospects. Work with product management to advance Atlassian’s product line and provide customer feedback. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre‑sales capacity. Proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain, with extensive experience in the EMEA market. Equally comfortable in business and technical contexts. Strong learning mindset, open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerant of failure, passionate about client success, and driven to win. Fluency in French and Spanish is essential. Portuguese language skills are a nice to have, but not required.
