About the role The CEA Cost Estimation Specialist works in the Engineering Department, contributing to the design and pricing of architectural works packages for prestigious international projects (luxury hotels, airports, hospitals, high‑rise towers, stadiums, etc.). Responsibilities In charge of interior finishing and building envelope packages for design‑build projects or tender submissions during the commercial phase. Develop a study strategy: quantity take‑off and pricing approach. Participate in design development for CEA packages alongside architects and/or interior designers. Define prices for CEA packages based on site feedback, local consultations, and price breakdowns. Propose technical, environmental, and economic optimizations while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Draft technical documents supporting your study and tender submission and ensure operational handover to the construction teams. Share knowledge and experience with various technical departments worldwide. Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification and at least 5 years of experience in cost estimation or construction works related to CEA packages. Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, reliability, proactivity, strong analytical and synthesis skills. Teamwork is a strength; you wish to bring creativity and experience to large‑scale projects. Expertise in CEA techniques, comfortable with BIM models, cost breakdowns, and interest in new technologies. Requirements Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus. The position is based at Bouygues Bâtiment International headquarters (Challenger – Guyancourt, France) with occasional travel worldwide.
