Then don’t wait, apply and join us CEA Cost Estimation Specialist – dedicated team of the Engineering Department and actively contribute to the design and pricing of Architectural Works packages for prestigious international projects (luxury hotels, international airports, hospitals, high-rise towers, stadiums, etc.). Responsibilities You will be in charge of interior finishing and building envelope packages for design-build projects (usual case) or for tender submissions during the commercial phase. You will develop a study strategy: quantity take-off and pricing approach. You will participate in the design development phase for CEA packages alongside the architect and/or interior designer. You will define the prices for CEA packages based on site feedback, local consultations, and price breakdowns. You will propose technical, environmental, and economic optimizations while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. You will draft technical documents supporting your study and tender submission and ensure operational handover to the construction teams. You will also share your knowledge and experience with various technical departments worldwide. Qualifications You hold an engineering degree or equivalent university qualification and have at least 5 years of experience in cost estimation or construction works related to CEA packages. You demonstrate rigor, curiosity, reliability, proactivity, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. Teamwork is a real strength for you in achieving your objectives, and you now wish to bring your creativity and experience to new and exciting large-scale projects. You have expertise in CEA techniques, are comfortable working with BIM models, cost breakdowns, and have an interest in new technologies. As part of an international company, fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus. The position is based at Bouygues Bâtiment International headquarters (Challenger – Guyancourt, France). In this role, you may occasionally travel to our various locations worldwide.
