WHY WE NEED YOU Our rapid growth is driving us to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team to support our ambitious hiring goals. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will report directly to the team leader and play a key role in helping us attract, identify, and recruit top talent to support Scaleway’s expansion. YOUR FUTURE TEAM You’ll be joining a passionate and dynamic HR team at the heart of the company’s growth strategy in Paris. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers, you’ll be involved in end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a wide variety of roles, both in France and internationally. Based in our Paris offices, this 6‑month end‑of‑studies internship offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategic recruitments early on, depending on your involvement and ability to ramp up. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE Ensure smooth execution and follow‑up of the recruitment plan (processes, tools like Lever ATS, KPI dashboards) Write and publish job offers on various job boards, ensuring visibility and relevance Screen resumes and conduct pre‑qualification interviews (screening calls) Draft interview reports and manage candidate feedback Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Coordinate with hiring managers to prepare job briefs Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage of the process Be a proactive contributor, suggesting improvements to recruitment practices ABOUT YOU Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively Curious, autonomous, and proactive Eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects Hard Skills Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Bac+4/5) – final‑year internship A first experience in recruitment or HR is a plus Fluent in French, professional proficiency in English appreciated WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY Offices that are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
