Overview Join Paradox EN as a Learning Product Designer - AI x EdTech (French fluent). The role drives the design of Paradox’s learning experiences, blending neuroscience, AI, and design to rewire how users grow. Mission Design and evolve a seamless learning ecosystem—Paradox OS—by creating cinematic, psychologically grounded learning arcs that transform users' lives. Your work will focus on AI‑personalised coaching loops, adaptive journeys, and high‑impact courses. Key Responsibilities Own the full learning architecture: prototype the system, define user flows, and iterate based on data. Design engaging learning experiences—journeys, modules, AI conversations—emphasising storytelling and emotional impact. Build and refine AI agents and automation that nurture users, leveraging prompt engineering and UX research. Collaborate cross‑functionally with coaches, technologists, and content creators to translate insights into course designs. Drive end‑to‑end product ownership: research, concept, design, test, hand‑off, and post‑launch optimisation. Measure transformation: define KPIs beyond completion, analyse metrics, and iterate to maximise stickiness and learning outcomes. Preferred Qualifications 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Experience Design, or a related field. Experience delivering digital learning experiences (video, interactive, assessment) for premium or transformative programmes. Proven track record of launching a major product or feature end‑to‑end, with measurable impact. Comfort with Figma, AI tools, and prompt‑engineering; a portfolio of cinematic/narrative‑rich courses. Strong writing, aesthetic sense, and data‑driven decision making. Fluent in French (native) and English (written & spoken). The Ideal Candidate Craft‑obsessed, outcome‑focused, and willing to push beyond the 9‑5. User‑obsessed, always testing hypotheses, challenging assumptions, and iterating fast. Can translate vague problems into clear, AI‑powered solutions that feel human. Passionate about building a global, high‑impact brand that redefines learning.
