Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Control Manager (PCM) to oversee revenue management and internal process control for large-scale telecom projects in West Africa. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with Huawei’s project standards. Detailed Job Description As a PCM, you will manage project revenue streams, monitor internal processes, and ensure adherence to Huawei’s ISDP system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality operations and drive project success. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact telecom projects in a dynamic environment, where your expertise in project management and process optimization will be critical to achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee revenue management and internal process control for telecom projects. Ensure compliance with Huawei ISDP system and project standards. Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality operations and timely delivery. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. Support large-scale project execution and stakeholder communication. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in Huawei project management and ISDP system. Background in project management, PCM, or quality operations. Fluency in English as a working language. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience managing large-scale telecom projects is preferred. Nice-to-Have Skills PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Familiarity with telecom industry standards and best practices. Advanced knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems. Ability to work in multicultural environments. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
