You’ll define and deliver intuitive, powerful tools that help editors create and manage content effectively, aligned with our product vision and user needs — while constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through AI and automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments and sees chaos as an opportunity to innovate. You should feel at home diving into technical topics, collaborating closely with engineers, and challenging assumptions to simplify complex workflows. If you’re excited to take ownership of impactful product decisions and make the content editing experience smarter and more efficient for thousands of global users, join us 🔍 What You’ll Do Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the content editing experience Prioritize features and improvements based on business goals, user feedback, and technical constraints Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other squads to deliver delightful experiences Stay ahead of trends in SaaS, CMS, and AI to inform product evolution Analyze usage data and user research to validate hypotheses and improve the product Advocate for content editors’ needs within the organization Inspire and lead by example, fostering collaboration and alignment in cross‑functional teams 📌 Key Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, CMS, or similar digital products, OR demonstrated leadership in building and shipping products in a fast‑paced, product‑centric environment (e.g., founding a startup, leading cross‑functional initiatives) Strong technical sensitivity: comfortable discussing APIs, developer workflows, and architectural trade‑offs with engineers Proven ability to deliver user‑facing product improvements in iterative, agile environments Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and bring clarity and structure to complex situations Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a keen eye for how they can improve user experience and efficiency Data‑driven decision‑making mindset, with excellent analytical and communication skills Solid understanding of user experience design principles and a strong customer empathy Fluent in English 🌟 Nice-to-Have Experience with open‑source projects and developer communities Familiarity with Strapi CMS or other Headless CMS platforms Knowledge of content workflows in enterprises or large‑scale digital teams Experience building or launching products as an entrepreneur, intrapreneur, or team leader #J-18808-Ljbffr
