We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our client's sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Management:
    Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
    Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
    Establish sales quotas, targets, and KPIs, and monitor performance against goals.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
    Identify customer needs and market trends, and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.
    Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  3. Marketing Strategy and Brand Management:
    Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products and services.
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    Manage the company's brand image and reputation, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values.
  4. Product Development and Launch:
    Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and develop new products or product enhancements.
    Lead product launch activities, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
    Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development roadmap.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:
    Provide leadership and direction to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing sales and marketing organization.
    Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and market dynamics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or related sectors is desirable.
