This role is central to shaping the strategic direction of our market reach efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving measurable impact on Hilti’s digital net sales, customer platforms, and overall customer experience. As Head of Strategic Marketing Program, you will work closely with senior leadership, business units, and market organizations to deliver transformative marketing programs that accelerate growth and strengthen Hilti’s market leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the strategic marketing program portfolio, ensuring alignment with Hilti’s Lead 2030 strategy and business.Cross‑functionally lead teams to design and implement high‑impact marketing initiatives across global markets.Establish program governance, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations on marketing priorities and resource allocation.Foster collaboration across business units, market organizations, and global functions to ensure seamless execution.Champion innovation and continuous improvement in marketing strategy, processes, and capabilities.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, program management, or business consulting.Proven track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional marketing programs with measurable business impact.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment.Deep understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and go‑to‑market models.Passion for driving change, enabling impact, and delivering results.Working ConditionsPosition based at Hilti’s Digital Hub in Paris.Flexible office conditions in line with working guidelines.Up to 25% international travel required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
