Join us and help shape the future of online gamingENTER THE GAME As a Product Manager within one of our Product teams (tribes), your role is to identify and explore opportunities raised by our users in order to maximize the value and experience of our products.YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC In this role, your main missions will be:Know our users and market perfectlyUnderstand our users, competitive environment, and product in detail.Establish, formalize, and share competitive intelligence and product benchmarking.Follow industry news.Become a reference point for your product scope both inside and outside your tribe.Be responsible for Product DiscoveryStructure and lead the execution of a Product Discovery approach (problem/solution) in collaboration with UX Researchers and Product Designers.Identify, understand user problems and needs, and prioritize them in terms of value added.Use various qualitative (user interviews, tests, etc.) and quantitative (market studies, internal data analysis, etc.) research methods to detect and evaluate any product opportunity.Formulate hypotheses and confirm or refute identified opportunities by confronting them with users and collected data.Contribute to product strategy and roadmap and disseminate it within teamsFeed the product strategy and teams with insights gathered (user interviews, data, competitive intelligence, etc.).Build, arbitrate, and challenge the roadmap with the Product Director and Heads of Product.Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure consistency with the overall product strategy.Embody the product strategy and disseminate it within your tribe and the company.Build the best solution and measure its impactBuild the overall user journey and the best user experience for your product with Product Designers.Work with Product Owners and development teams to identify and design the best solutions to solve a problem, with the most iterative path possible.Ensure the value of the solutions provided.Measure the impact of new features, analyze their usage, with the aim of continuously optimizing the product.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasmThis job is for you if:You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a fast-growing company.You have a strong Product culture and master the main techniques and frameworks of Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, Outcome, etc.).You know how to structure a discovery, conduct user interviews, analyze insights, and validate or invalidate needs.You are 100% user-centered, love listening to them, having a direct impact, and taking on challenges.You are data-oriented, know how to interpret numbers to see what works, and continuously measure the impact.You demonstrate empathy, great autonomy, rigor, and organization.Et enfin, tu parles anglais couramment.And finally, you speak English fluently.WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).About two weeks later, you will work on a case study to present with Thomas - Chief Experience Officer.Next, you will meet your future manager.
