Job Summary

As an experienced Engineer in critical datacenter infrastructure maintenance, you will operate, schedule, and supervise operational and maintenance tasks across production and distribution electrical systems, cooling and ventilation, fire suppression, access control, and coordinate maintenance providers. Your role ensures service continuity, reliability, maintainability and security, with a strong focus on energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and supervise contractors.
• Conduct regular technical inspections, diagnostics, and safety audits.
• Execute electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic recordings.
• Maintain inventory and inventory lists of critical spare parts.
• Ensure proper operation of centralized technical management systems and alarms.
• Coordinate maintenance service providers and respond to crisis communications.
• Measure and report on capacity states of systems.
• Plan, implement, and measure energy performance improvement actions.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, HVAC or related field; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a high‑security operational environment.
• Strong technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC disciplines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
• Rigorous attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to propose proactive solutions and adapt to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of chilled water production, in‑line chillers, UPS, generators, low‑ and high‑voltage distribution, transformers, fire detection, access control, and video surveillance is an advantage.
