We currently work with 250+ hospitals/medical centres, serving 100 000+ patients, and our team is composed of experts in data science, engineering, clinical, regulatory, IT, sales and customer success. Job Purpose The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will own the financial function, drive US growth, structure the company for scale and acquisitions, and industrialise Finance to support our next phase as a true scale‑up. Reporting Structure The CFO is a core member of the Executive Committee, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors. Missions Step‑Up & Industrialisation of the Finance Function Take complete ownership and leadership of Finance. Move from a managed function to an autonomous, strategic, mature department. Optimize, automate, and secure all financial processes, tools and flows to support rapid growth and the demands of the US market (internal control, compliance, etc.). Reporting & Financial Steering Lead and improve financial reporting for internal stakeholders (Comex, Codir) and investors. Pilot budgeting, financial planning and business‑plan revisions. Analyse performance, identify key levers, model variances and drive remediation actions. Accountabilities – Growth Pillars Leading International Growth (US Focus) Define and oversee the financial and tax structure in the United States. Ensure compliance and financial reporting under US GAAP. Gaurd key SaaS and MedTech financial indicators for US expansion. M&A (External Growth) Pilot all phases of acquisition: target identification, valuation, due diligence (financial, tax, legal). Lead risk analysis and financial modelling for post‑acquisition integration. Work with the CEO and investors on the financial structuring of deals. Investor Relations Prepare for future fundraising rounds and manage relationships with investment funds. Optimize the Cap Table and manage shareholder relations, especially in the context of acquisitions. Team & Leadership Management – lead, mentor, and structure the existing Finance team (3 people), ensuring their up‑skilling and professional development. Experience & Profile Confirmed Financial Leadership – significant experience, ideally as a CFO from a scale‑up with successful Series B/C fundraising, or a strong background in Investment Banking, or as a Manager/Director in Audit/Transaction Services (TS) within a top firm. M&A Expertise is Non‑Negotiable – proven track record of piloting and successfully integrating acquisitions. US GAAP Mastery – solid knowledge and practical experience with US accounting standards. Strategic Visionary – strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic financial direction that drives growth and profitability. Language – fluent in English (professional working proficiency is essential). Recruitment Process 1st HR Contact (30‑40 min) Interview with Lucie (COO or relevant executive) – 60 min Interview with Arnaud (CEO) – 60 min Meeting with a Board Member Reference Check & Offer (usually follows within 72 h) Depending on availability, the recruitment process should last less than 4‑5 weeks. General Information – Salary Permanent contract – base salary competitive, reflecting experience, between 110 k€ and 120 k€. Employee stock option plan (BSPCE) subject to customary conditions.
