The company is a global leader in innovative heating solutions, trusted for their quality, reliability, and energy efficiency, it is driving comfort and sustainability across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the electric heating sector? Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead and coach a diverse sales team to success. Collaborate on account strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets. Build strong customer and channel relationships through regular engagement. Deliver inclusive, value-driven proposals with both commercial and technical input. Share market feedback to shape customer-centric innovation. Qualifications What we’re looking for: Extensive experience in electric heating sales & applications. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field. Native fluency in French and strong English proficiency.
