OPERATEUR TECHNIQUE F/H – DOCAPOSTE Contrat : CDI Télétravail : Non Description de la mission Pour le compte d’un de nos clients spécialisé dans le transport et sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle et opérationnelle de votre manager, vos missions seront les suivantes : Activités Courrier Traitement du courrier entrant, interne et sortant Réalisation de tournées véhiculées Reprographie et façonnage Indexation complexe Pré-saisie dans l’outil client Activités Administratives Approvisionnement papier/toner Maintenance de premier niveau des photocopieurs Accueil Gestion des salles de réunion Petits déménagements internes Archivage Activités Logistiques Réception et expédition de fournitures et marchandises Préparation et suivi des commandes clients Inventaire Manutention Vous évoluerez dans une entreprise dynamique et agile, offrant de multiples opportunités d’évoluer (formations, mobilité interne). Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 35h Socle social Mutuelle (prise en charge 50 %) Prévoyance collective (prise en charge 90 %) Œuvres sociales du CSE Prime d’Ancienneté Accords de participation et d’intéressement Compte d’épargne temps Tickets restaurant 8 € 60 % part patronale 25 jours congés +1 jour de pont Jours Évènements familiaux : enfants malades, handicap, décès, mariage… Critères du candidat Nous recherchons un profil polyvalent et opérationnel, doté d'un excellent sens du service, capable de gérer simultanément des activités logistiques, courrier et maintenance de premier niveau. Organisé, réactif et autonome, vous faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle dans vos échanges quotidiens avec les occupants et les prestataires. Vous vous distinguez par votre disponibilité, votre ponctualité et votre rigueur, garantissant un soutien fiable et efficace aux besoins du site. Le CACES 2 serait un plus pour mener à bien les missions de manutention et de petits déménagements. Conditions Localisation : Île-de-France / Paris Profil : Tous niveaux d'études.
