Ce que vous ferez :Rejoignez une équipe de contract management réputée pour la qualité de ses interventions et de son knowledge leadership.Votre rôle sera de participer à la réalisation et au pilotage de missions de Contract/Claim Management pour les plus grands groupes internationaux, et au développement de notre offre de services :Accompagnez de manière opérationnelle de grands contrats industriels (ingénierie, construction) et informatiques (intégration, outsourcing), à tous les stades de maturité (y compris en phase de réclamation, renégociation et précontentieux).Contribuez à des démarches de transformation et de développement des pratiques de Contract Management : diagnostics de maturité, définition de stratégies de Contract Management, plans de transformation, choix d’outils (Contract Lifecycle Management), élaboration de référentiels, digitalisation / IA / blockchain, etc.En rejoignant notre équipe, vous contribuez au succès de nos projets de contract & claim management :Consolider les territoires commerciaux iQo, soit en assurant des reventes, soit en étendant le champ de l’intervention d’iQo.Encadrer des consultants et leur partager votre savoir-faire.Piloter le développement d’offres et l’élaboration de propositions commerciales, et plus largement participer activement au développement de notre activité.Les exemples de missions :Définition de stratégies contractuelles et stratégies de négociationPrévention et gestion des risques sur les grands projetsPréparation de réclamations, chiffrage de préjudicesMise en place d’une organisation de contract management et sa gouvernanceAccompagnement de phases de médiation/conciliation Qui recherchons-nous :Vous avez de l’expérience dans le conseil.Vous avez une expérience préalable de 1 à 3 ans du pilotage de contrats clients ou fournisseurs dans le secteur industriel ou l’IT.Vos forces sont votre esprit entrepreneurial, vos compétences analytiques, votre curiosité, votre sens de l’organisation et vos compétences relationnelles.Vous avez un excellent niveau d’anglais. #J-18808-Ljbffr
