Global EPM Functional Senior Analyst

Join our Enterprise Performance Management team Center of Excellence (EPM CoE), a team playing a pivotal role in supporting Pernod Ricard’s global financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes through Tagetik. In addition to the ownership of the group reporting planning and consolidation tool, the EPM CoE collaborates across global teams and systems to drive transversal finance projects (ERP integration, Data Governance, Business perf. restitution etc…). As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting global users in adopting the EPM platform and in ensuring that tool optimizations are effectively aligned with evolving business needs. You’ll contribute to strategic projects, drive change management, and collaborate across functions to enhance end-to-end financial processes. This role is ideal for someone with a corporate finance background and a strong affinity for digital tools and systems. Roles and responsibilities Mission 1: Drive User Adoption and Engagement Across the EPM Platform through change management and user support Act as the primary point of contact for Affiliates and HQ on functional topics related processes for planning, budgeting, consolidation, internal and external reporting Animate finance user community by providing timely communication on platform updates and news & share holistic view on EPM platform (and up/downstream integrated tools) by relaying key messages to users Provide user support together with EPM technical team and Application Management Services (AMS) to address queries and with other teams to address transversal queries on the EPM platform Identify training needs and contribute to the delivery of impactful training sessions across EPM tool Create/update engaging documentation to empower users (e.g., e-learning, tips & tricks) Mission 2: Contribute to end-to-end financial planning, consolidation and reporting processes and data optimization Capture and track Affiliates’ and Headquarter teams’ evolutions requests for the EPM Work with end-users to document functional requirements (user stories) for future enhancements Follow up with the Tech and Business teams to ensure proper testing, and validate outcomes to ensure they meet business expectations Configure new / update existing Tagetik reports used for internal financial reporting Mission 3: Contribute to the Group Finance roadmap supporting specific projects Support key initiatives within the Group Finance roadmap, including SAP integration and Finance Data Convergence projects Participate in project workshops, offering insights and assessing impacts on EPM and related processes Help define and implement necessary changes to ensure seamless integration and process alignment Mission 4: Ensure quality and consistency of financial data between different systems and reporting tools Perform data consistency checks between source data, EPM platform and reports / dashboards Perform root cause analysis of data inconsistencies and propose corrections in coordination with Tech Teams If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply Skills required Solid functional understanding of Group reporting and controlling Knowledge of EPM processes: financial planning, consolidation and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Tagetik and/or EPM tools is a strong advantage Change management experience: training, communication, and stakeholder engagement Project management experience, especially in digital finance, is a plus Strong interest in tools and technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Tech teams Analytical mind and intellectual curiosity Rigor, “figures-oriented analysis” capacity, accuracy and attention to detail sensitivity Capacity to deliver with high standard Reactive, autonomous, proactive and enthusiasm approach Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude Transparent, trustful, and respect for confidentiality Profile required Working language: English, French is a plus Education required: Engineer's school/ Business school/ Equivalent University Degree Work experience required: 3-4 years of experience in EPM implementation projects (consulting, system/process support) and/or in finance analysts / FP&A roles with interest in Digital finance tools, ideally in the FMCG sector Skills acquired in the previous professional experience: Solid foundation in finance, planning and accounting processes and systems, with a keen interest in digital transformation.
