Ensure strategic consistency, marketing performance, and excellence in the execution of global campaigns, in partnership with Publicis, global and regional teams.1. Global Media Vision & StrategyDefine the global POE strategy aligned with the Full Funnel vision of the VP and the business objectives of PM&E brands.Develop and champion an audience-first approach based on data, incorporating segmentation, targeting, and customer journeys.Establish global standards and guidelines to ensure alignment between Paid, Owned, and Earned media.Anticipate media market evolutions and drive innovation (AI, MarTech, strategic partnerships).2. Campaign Management & International GovernanceOversee the design and approval of global Full Funnel campaigns in collaboration with Publicis and Brand teams.Ensure campaigns are aligned with POE guidelines and brand standards.Manage the global campaign production and asset delivery calendar.Oversee local campaign rollouts: provide assets, formats, and guidelines to regions, gather feedback, and integrate insights into future briefs.Implement processes and tools to harmonize global activations and strengthen media governance.3. Performance & Business ImpactDefine and monitor media performance KPIs (awareness, consideration, conversion) in coordination with CDT and Data teams.Deliver consolidated performance analyses and share strategic recommendations with the VP and global stakeholders.Challenge proposed plans from Publicis and regional teams based on performance and expected ROI.Represent the media function in cross-functional committees (Brand, Data, Content) to influence business decisions.4.
