Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Santé au travail At Alan, we're reimagining occupational health (médecine du travail) in France. Our system is at risk: employees see mandatory health visits as pointless bureaucracy, HR admins struggle with services that add mental load without delivering value, and occupational health practitioners lack the tools to focus on real prevention. Critical issues such as work‑related mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, and burnout continue to grow. We are building Prévenir, a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first. Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner that people actually turn to when they have work‑related health concerns—not just a legal obligation. You’ll work side by side with experienced team members (Arnaud, Mickaël, Alexandre, Clémence, and more) to build the platform from 0 to 1, crafting the foundations of a product expected to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work. Responsibilities You will be able to work on high‑impact projects in fast‑paced environments, motivated by the desire to make a difference. You’ll craft the perfect experience, powered by AI, simplifying the journey that significantly impacts members’ health and empowering doctors to provide optimal care. You’ll design efficient, secure systems to ensure the integrity of sensitive medical data. You’ll have the chance to shape product and technical direction, collaborating with stakeholders like product teams, doctors, and operations. Qualifications Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies. Clear progression in your career— increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
