We’re focused on building and nurturing a top talent community where all our team members can achieve their full potential.As a Bid Manager, you will play a key role within our business development department, ensuring the successful management and delivery of competitive proposals that drive growth and reinforce our position as a leading consulting and engineering firm. Your missions Coordinate the end-to-end bid process for consulting and engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and commercial teams Prepare, review, and finalize all bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the bid lifecycle Monitor and report on bid progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and tools Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and participating in strategic planning Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices within the team Your profile Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in bid management, proposal coordination, or business development within a consulting or engineering environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools Experience with AI/OpenAI solutions is a plus Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities What We Offer An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibility A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together program Equal Opportunity Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
