Overview The Shared Experience team defines, curates, and evolves the common experience blocks and identity layers that ensure coherence, clarity, and recognizability across all Schneider Electric digital experiences (software, applications, and beyond). Responsibilities Define content principles, patterns, and guidelines for shared experiences. Establish naming conventions, UI copy standards, and tone of voice rules. Ensure consistency across products and platforms. Partner with product teams to understand content needs and constraints. Work with the Design System team to integrate content guidance into components. Facilitate workshops around content, terminology, and clarity. Quality & Accessibility Guarantee a high level of written English across all UI content. Ensure content supports usability, accessibility, and inclusivity. Review and support product teams on content quality and consistency. Contribute to documentation and examples. Qualifications You think of content as a design material, not an afterthought. You enjoy structuring complex information into clear systems. You are comfortable working across UX, brand, and product. You care about clarity, inclusivity, and scale. You possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. You have the ability to write, review, and structure content at native level in English. Experience with UX writing in design systems Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive language Multilingual or international product experience Familiarity with AI-powered content tools (e.g. AI-assisted writing, terminology management, content quality checks) Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
