Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system. We serve over 1 M members for more than 770 M USD ARR across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. We are looking for a copywriter to scale our content engine across four markets, making organic search our #1 acquisition channel. Your Mission Build and scale the content engine to drive organic traffic and conversions in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Work with the GEO/SEO Growth Marketer and the Growth team to turn content into traffic growth and business impact. Own and execute Alan’s content calendar across formats: blog posts, in‑depth guides, landing pages. Cover topics such as wellness at work, preventive health advice, and navigating insurance complexity. Ship high‑quality work at pace while maintaining Alan’s distinctive brand voice. Create content that generates brand & non‑brand traffic, conversions, and positions Alan as a category leader. Adapt the content framework for Spain, Belgium, and Canada, respecting local regulations and cultural nuances. Build repeatable localization processes that avoid bottlenecks and quality loss. Build custom AI agents to automate research, drafts, and optimisation for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity) and Google. Test workflows that deliver quality content consistently across markets. Experience & Skills 2–3 years of content/copywriting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a high‑growth tech or scale‑up. Exceptional writing craft across blogs, guides, and landing pages. Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research. Track record of measurable impact owning a content channel. Ability to balance brand storytelling and performance optimisation. Operational excellence: content at volume without sacrificing quality. Data‑informed mindset: analyse metrics and iterate based on insights. Curiosity about LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) and AI‑powered workflows. Fluent in French and English (mandatory). Nice‑to‑Have Multi‑market/localisation experience in European scale‑ups. Spanish or Dutch proficiency. Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech). Experience with growth marketing, demand generation, or product marketing.
