The Global Architecture team is central to this transformation – enabling any team to develop and launch features seamlessly across markets. Your Mission Design Cross‑Cutting Modules – Transform country‑specific implementations into elegant global components that become building blocks for other teams. Remove Technical Blockers for Product Teams – Tackle blockers that cut across several domains and eliminate team‑specific workarounds. Orchestrate Data Transformations – Harmonize different countries’ data models, consolidating existing data into unified schemas. Build and Own What You Create – Own the entire lifecycle from design to long‑term maintenance. Navigate complex systems spanning multiple business domains and technical boundaries. Work with diverse architectural patterns and articulate trade‑offs. Spot technical obstacles and design solutions that remove them. Is It You We’re Looking For? Problem‑solver engineers with 5+ years’ experience who enjoy simplifying complex business problems: Handle high‑impact & high‑risk projects involving many engineers. Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with multiple teams/products. Mentor other engineers and lead crews. Contribute to hiring and shape candidates’ experience. You Would Be a Good Fit If… Well‑versed in OOP such as Python, Java, C# and enthusiastic about modern JS. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (no requirement to have experience in both).
