Today we continue to grow and serve customers in an expanding variety of industries.What we do impacts the future of technology, and in turn, the way we live our lives tomorrow.The Field Service Engineer will be based in Eybens, France and will be traveling to Europe, the US, China, and South Korea.ResponsibilitiesAiding in the installation and acceptance process of equipmentProviding quality on‑site support, repair, planned maintenance and service of complex electro‑mechanical systemsTroubleshooting mechanical and software equipment problems, alone and with remote support from team in FranceRoot cause analysis down to the component levelInstallation and qualification of new hardware features or upgradesInstallation of new software updates and featuresEquipment calibrations and performance confirmation after any maintenance or relocationCustomer training and applications / process supportDocumenting all works carried out and reporting activities to headquartersMaintaining good tracking of all inventory and spare parts for all allocated equipmentMay perform other related duties as requested by managementCandidate ProfileThe candidate must be highly motivated and self‑reliant. They must be able to think independently and solve problems.
