About the Role The Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparation of 55 consolidation, for preparation and distribution of various internal financial reports to the Group parent company and to management on a monthly basis, and ensuring that all transactions and documentation complies with IFRS and US GAAP. The company is now present in 9 countries and continues its international development. The position is based on our parisian headquarters. In addition, the position also covers responsibilities in the day-to-day cash management of the company. The Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager reports to the CFO. Responsibilities Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy. Manage monthly reporting process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors. Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls. Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process. Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. Research and resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance. Manage daily treasury operations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (DCG, DSCG or Business school specialised in finance) Big 4 Accounting or similar experience At least 2 years of experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements.
