Security Pre‑Sales Manager – Nokia As a technical expert in the security domain, you will lead solution design, influence customer proposals, and proactively hunt for new opportunities in North America. Responsibilities Create multi‑product offering, end‑to‑end solutions. Interface directly with customers and development teams. Apply industry and competitive knowledge to drive effectiveness. Influence strategic decisions that affect the technical sub‑function. Develop concepts to define the professional direction for your unit. Solve highly complex problems with sophisticated analytical thought. Lead functional teams or projects with significant resources, risk, and complexity, managing day‑to‑day staff and allocation. Key Skills and Experience At least 10 years of hands‑on experience in security solutions. Experience in a software technology company or communications/telecom industry with service providers and large projects. Knowledge of security and orchestration solutions: identity access management, certificate management, endpoint security, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and/or MDR projects. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience). Ability to translate technical value proposition into business value (consultative sales approach). Proven customer requirements analysis, solution design, software design, development, and deployment. Prior sales experience in security solutions such as IAM, certificate management, endpoint security, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and related offerings. Nice to Have Cybersecurity master’s degree or specialization. Cybersecurity certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, etc. About Nokia Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
