Contexte de la mission Assist in the planning of project execution and in the control of the project to meet the requirements in terms of time deadlines, and progress. Support Project Manager in the Project Execution Strategy decisions; Structure all activities from start of work to the end of project. Provide transparency regarding time deadlines and progress. Prepare up-to-date and correct reporting. Objectifs et livrables Lead the measure of materials that are needed for production within a certain time period. Provide analyzing equipment downtime to identify any bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production process. Monitor, collect and enter progress from subcontractors Collaborate with Construction staff to define schedule requirements and work sequence, aligned with constructability studies Develop and maintain regular scheduling reporting including but not limited to look ahead schedules, Manpower, Project and client reports as required. Making sure that production operations are started at planned places and planned times. Observing progress of the operations and recording it properly. Analysing the recorded data with the plans and measuring the deviations. Advising possible corrective actions to minimize the negative impact of deviations from the plans. Feeding back the recorded information to the planning section in order to improve future plans.
