We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) familiar with deploying global FI / CO solutions. This is a temporary full-time contract (CDD) opportunity for a total duration of 18 months. The position is based in Paris, France. Role & Responsibilities Prepare, support and guide both stakeholders and organization through all the stages of a transformation driven by technology implementation Create a global change toolkit to be deployed in all geographies in scope Align / coordinate / conduct change activities Build executive sponsorship for change and change readiness, as well as demand and commitment to the change Assist in the deployment of processes and capabilities Manage, measure and report on the change program and journey to achieve its objectives You are perfect for this role, if you have already experience in : Management consulting / Change management / Business transformation or Consulting leadership role Delivering change projects across multiple countries and business functions Impact Assessment experience Stakeholder Management Change Management Strategy Design & Training Strategy Implementation planning Risks assessment and management Business Development : RFP and RFI responses building and client presentation A high degree of analytical skills, initiative and flexibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English By applying via Easy Apply option you confirm you have read, and you accept Infosys Data Privacy notice for the country of the job posting.
