Teceze is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. The role covers desktops, laptops, peripherals, and conference room AV support in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hardware troubleshooting, Office 365 experience, and a focus on high-touch VIP support. This position is onsite with after-hours coverage as needed.
