Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Site Manufacturing Director to lead operations across Europe and elevate performance excellence throughout the organization. This leader will be responsible for driving operational strategy, implementing world-class manufacturing processes, while promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple facilities and countries, ensuring alignment with key performance and financial objectives, including throughput, cost efficiency, and working capital optimization. They will establish robust accountability systems to track progress in real time, address challenges proactively, and drive sustained performance improvement. In this role, the Director will ensure seamless product launches by integrating manufacturing and supply chain strategies with engineering and commercial priorities. They will lead the adoption of continuous improvement initiatives—such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and digital manufacturing—to boost operational agility, efficiency, and responsiveness to evolving customer needs. Qualifications & Core Competencies 15+ years of global manufacturing or OEM operations experience. Strategic and execution-focused leader with a hands-on, shop-floor presence. Fluent in English with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Skilled in leveraging Lean, Agile, and digital technologies to drive operational excellence. Proven success leading engineered-to-order manufacturing within complex, matrixed organizations. Strong measurement orientation with expertise in building and executing transformation roadmaps. Inclusive and people-centered leadership with a record of developing high-performing teams. Exceptional communicator with demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
