We are seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow our most critical wholesale partnerships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of key accounts, from daily operations to long-term business planning. This is a senior role for a commercial leader who excels in autonomy, data-driven strategy, and building mutually profitable relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage and grow a portfolio of core wholesale accounts.Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.Oversee the entire account lifecycle, including order management, inventory planning, pricing strategy, and promotional budget execution & analysis.Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, building long-term, strategic relationships that deliver value for both parties.Conduct regular business reviews using sales data and market intelligence. Translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize performance and identify new opportunities.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform channel strategy and defend/expand market share.Requirements3+ years in key account management, national accounts, or channel sales within vaping, CBD or tobacco.A proven network with key distributors/retailers in the relevant industry.Expert-level commercial acumen, with deep experience in wholesale dynamics, pricing structures, trade marketing, and P&L management.Native or Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory for all client communication, negotiations, and internal reporting.A strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for vaping products.The ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, leading strategy with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
