In the context of brand elevation, the role of the Wholesale Business Analyst is essential to maximise the commercial potential of the brand. It provides visibility on network performance and establishes growth strategies ensuring the profitability and reinforcing the brand's image. A cross-sectional view of distribution channels is a prerequisite to ensure consistency in the B2B points of sale such as Department Stores, Duty Free, Franchises and Specialty Stores. Consequently, the Business Analyst strengthens synergies between different departments and becomes a key contact for regions and the executive committee.
YOUR IMPACT
- Centralize & harmonize third-party sales reports (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, stock).
- Lead monthly network and product performance reviews.
- Prepare partner business reviews for buying sessions and quarterly updates.
- Oversee consolidated worldwide performance tracking and pricing analysis.
Strategic Development & Budgeting
- Manage finance touchpoints (Budgets, Revisions 1 & 2, 3-Year Strategic Plan).
- Develop medium and long-term network growth strategies and metrics.
- Align distribution channels and lead budget presentations.
Business & Merchandising Planning
- Deliver monthly business updates and invoicing targets by collection.
- Translate revenue goals into production units, bridging finance and supply teams.
- Drive target achievement and maintain smooth top-down/bottom-up information flow.
Buying Session
- Partner with wholesale teams on OTB calculations and target reviews.
- Support the JOOR buying platform and adapt Power BI buying reports.
Compliance & Admin
- Track commercial department invoices and travel expenses.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
- Proven experience as a Wholesale Business Analyst or in a similar financial/commercial data role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, notably Power BI, and strong command of Excel.
- Understanding of retail metrics and wholesale distribution networks
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to bridge between commercial, finance, and supply teams.
- Perfectly fluent in English and French.
