As part of this innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers FlexAI's cutting-edge PaaS (Platform as a Service) system. Our PaaS Cloud Service is designed to enable customers to run workloads seamlessly across various architectures, providing unparalleled reliability and efficiency. Our PaaS product is currently in Beta testing with select clients, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge platform that is poised to redefine industry standards. Join us in this critical phase as we refine and perfect our solution for broader release.What you’ll do:Develop and optimize backend services using Golang, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability in support of our PaaS offerings.Collaborate with AI developers to integrate backend systems with AI model development, training, and deployment processes.Design and maintain APIs that support seamless operation and customer access to our Beta product, enabling flexible workload management.Implement and manage database solutions to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval across various architectures.Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation during Beta testing and beyond.Work with the DevOps/SRE team to ensure smooth CI/CD processes and scalable deployment of backend services.Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime for our clients.What you’ll need to be successful:Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Golang, especially within cloud or PaaS environments.Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including container runtimes such as Docker and cluster schedulers such Kubernetes is a mustDeep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, tailored to PaaS solutions.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related infrastructure services.Proficiency in database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL, with a focus on supporting scalable, distributed systems.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve backend issues in a production environment.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Entrepreneurial & start-up mindsetNote: Experience with AI-related projects is a significant advantageWhat we offer:A competitive salary and benefits package, tailored to recognize your dedication and contributions.The opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in AI and cloud computing, learning from the best and the brightest, fostering continuous growth.An environment that values innovation, collaboration, and mutual respect.Support for personal and professional development, empowering you with the tools and resources to elevate your skills and leave a lasting impact.A pivotal role in the AI revolution, shaping the technologies that power the innovations of tomorrow.Offices :Our teams are strategically distributed across three continents—Europe, North America, and Asia—united by a shared mission: to deliver more compute with less complexity.Paris - HQSan Francisco (Bay Area) - US officeBangalore - India officeApply NOWYou’ve seen what this role entails.
