This department is highly data‑driven and focused on developing at‑scale marketing programs to improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable programs and channels. The team is a blend of the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists. In this role, you’ll get to: Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels. Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights. Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth. Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL or Tableau. Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management. What you’ll need to succeed: 4–6 years of experience in a Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate it into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Excel). Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively. Stakeholder management & communication: ability to influence and persuade across all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen.
