OverviewDermaScan tackles one of today’s most pressing health challenges: skin cancer. Over the last 30 years, the number of skin cancer cases has multiplied by five, while the number of dermatologists in France has dropped by 20%. We are building the first autonomous centers dedicated to skin cancer screening to provide a sustainable solution through an innovative patient journey and advancements in hardware and artificial intelligence. We envision a world where skin cancer is always caught early, giving everyone the best chance for effective treatment. DermaScan was founded in September 2024 by Florian Legris (CEO) and Hadrien Lepage (CTO), with the aim of redefining skin cancer prevention and the future of healthcare. We are backed by Hexa Health, a pioneer startup studio in Europe, focused on empowering founders and doctors to design innovative care pathways. The mission: Join us as a Lead Growth – Medical Network to build and scale our community of general practitioners (GPs) across Europe. You will own the full funnel — generate, nurture, convert, onboard, and retain GPs — and design a data-driven engine to grow our medical footprint, one GP at a time. Our doctors are central to our screening model and the impact we aim to achieve; growing this medical community is a foundational, cross-functional effort combining marketing, sales, and operations to grow our network of doctors who help detect skin cancer early. ResponsibilitiesDesign and own the funnelBuild and execute the end-to-end funnel for GP acquisition: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, onboarding, and retention.Map each stage, define success metrics, and implement tooling and processes to scale.Develop and test creative growth experiments to explore bold ideas and identify what works.Generate and nurture leadsLaunch multi-channel campaigns to attract GPs (email, LinkedIn, referrals, events, partnerships).Create content and communication sequences to build awareness and trust.Qualify and prioritize leads based on region, patient volume, and engagement.Convert and onboardManage the conversion process from first contact to signed agreement.Optimize conversion rates and reduce time to hire.Collaborate with medical and operations teams to streamline onboarding and training.Retain and engageBuild long-term relationships with GPs through community initiatives, educational sessions, and ongoing support.Analyze feedback, track churn, and develop strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.Measure and optimizeDefine, track, and report KPIs (volume of GPs in the network, conversion rate, time to hire, time to onboard, churn/retention).Use data to identify growth levers and continuously improve funnel performance. Qualifications2–4 years of experience in growth, sales, or business development, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or marketplace environments.Proven ability to build acquisition funnels from scratch and experiment with new channels.Excellent communication skills — able to convince and engage medical professionals with empathy and clarity.Data-driven mindset with the ability to build dashboards and track KPIs.Highly autonomous, hands-on, and driven by measurable impact.Native-level proficiency in French and fluent English.Knowledge of the French medical ecosystem and its operational/regulatory context (bonus).Experience in early-stage startups or fast-scaling teams (bonus).
