Job Description You are joining the Advisory (Consulting) Sanctions and Embargoes team within the financial security department of Natixis. This team’s mission is to advise the business lines on the compliance with international sanctions of the planned operations, review the provisions for compliance with sanctions in legal documentation, issue opinions on client profiles during the KYC process (customer knowledge) and to provide training for exposed staff. On a daily basis, your tasks are to : Advise the professions and draft opinions on the compliance of transactions with international, mainly European and American sanctions regulations; Analyze and assess sanctions & embargoes risks within the framework of customer knowledge; Advise professions on the review and negotiation of penalty compliance clauses included in legal documentation; Collaborate on work to update procedures and operating modes regarding compliance with embargoes; Contribute to the analysis, to communication and training on the regulation of financial sanctions UN / EU / US / FR. Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience About you If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us With a higher education in finance, business law or risk management, you have at least 4 years of experience in the field of international sanctions, with experience in managing KYC files and Trade Finance products within a financial institution. You master Banking products; The environment of finance and international operations. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are : Autonomous and organized; Endowed with good analytical capabilities; Recognized for your good team spirit.
