You join the Compliance Banking Debt Financing (DCM/Structured Finance/ Acquisition Finance) team as senior compliance advisory officer. This team ensures compliance coverage of infrastructure and energy finance, real estate and aviation, acquisition finance, debt capital markets and capital structure and rating advisory.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

- Analyzing and monitoring sensitive transactions: providing compliance notices and reviewing legal documentation of transactions (NDA, mandates, etc.),
- In close collaboration with the Global Control Room and the Front Office:

- Ensure the completeness and relevance of recording transactions in the Conflict of Interest and Insider/Participant List Management System,
- Identify and manage potential or proven situations of transactional conflicts of interest.
- Contribute to the drafting of opinions for the various Committees (investment committees, internal approval committees) and also contribute to the drafting of opinions in the context of the launch of new products or new activities;
- Assist and advise the business lines on a daily basis in the implementation of regulatory provisions/operating procedures;
- Develop, conduct and participate in compliance training for business line employees (regulatory training, new arrivals, business cards);
- Participate in the review and drafting of policies, procedures and operating procedures applicable to the business lines concerned.

As senior compliance officer advisory, you support the business lines in setting up the first-level control system. You also contribute to maintaining the mapping of non-compliance risks, reviewing first and second level control results and defining action plans.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have proven experience in compliance officer advisory or legal functions, preferably in a bond debt or bank financing department.

You are familiar with:

- Financial operations, regulations;
- The financial and banking community;
- The Office package.

You have a very good relationship, a very good ability to listen, you are:

- Able to discreetly process sensitive information;
- Rigorous, methodical and adaptable;
- Independent and strong team player.

You master English with a C1 level.
