We are looking for a candidate to join the PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN Directorate, in Paul\'s team, a team of 7 collaborators.Our leadership profile: People Centric, Entrepreneurial, Inspiring, Exemplary, Innovative, Humble.Your missionWithin the ATR Supply Chain organization, reporting to the Aerostructures supply chain leader, you are accountable for on-time and on-quality performance of your supplier and act as the primary interface of the ATR FAL team for all supplier secondary flow activities. You will report to internal stakeholders and internal customers, participate in continuous improvement, and lead some improvement projects.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for on-time and on-quality performance of your supplier, including deliveries, outstanding work, secondary flow, and late configuration changes.Monitor OTD performance and implement associated improvement plans.Act as the Supply Chain primary interface for the ATR FAL team for the above perimeter.Manage issuing of ordering documents (Purchase Order, Call-up) and forecast to Supplier / Partner.Set and report accurate status & metrics of your supplier\'s POs and ensure relevant communication.Escalate internally (including to the buyer) for claims and to other relevant functions; escalate externally to supplier management as needed.Lead validated continuous improvement actions/projects to improve organizational efficiency (e.g., late configuration kits on shelves, consignment stock).Detailed activitiesSecure on-time delivery of Aerostructures parts to FAL for: missing parts from quality gate; secondary flow (including reworks); late configuration parts.Act as the primary interface for the ATR FAL team for the above perimeter.Manage ordering documents and consolidated forecasts to the partner.Collaborate with the purchasing service to document and escalate issues as needed.Lead continuous improvement topics in line with ATR and partner goals.ProfileQualification & experience: Production, supply chain or logistics experience (5 years).
