These roles support discrete technical efforts related to system functionality, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance during designated training, assessment, or development activities. Technical Specialists operate independently or as part of a small technical team, applying established technical practices to resolve system issues, support system updates, and ensure reliable performance of modules across supported environments.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for the Assessment and Analytics program and associated applications during episodic eventsIdentify, analyze, and document system issues related to functionality, performance, or data outputSupport system testing, validation, and quality assurance activitiesDocument software defects using established tracking or ticketing systems and coordinate resolutionAssist with system configuration, updates, and version changes as requiredSupport compliance with DoW and SOCOM technical and security requirementsTroubleshoot issues across Windows, Android, and iOS platformsAssist with data integrity checks and validation activitiesProvide technical guidance to program staff as requiredSupport on-site and remote technical activities as directed by the GovernmentMaintain accurate technical documentation and change recordsAdhere to security, access, and data protection requirementsQualificationsMinimum QualificationsAssociate’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experienceExperience identifying, analyzing, and documenting software or system defectsExperience working with SQL, Python, and Microsoft 365 toolsFamiliarity with Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems and mobile devicesAbility to work independently and apply established technical practices to resolve issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsActive Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain clearanceAbility to travel episodically to Government-designated locationsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting DoW or SOF technical systemsFamiliarity with system testing methodologies and quality assurance processesExperience supporting mobile or field-deployed applicationsExperience working with secure or restricted network environmentsClearance and BackgroundClearance: SecretRequired Background Check: HireRight background check & drug screeningEmployment TypePart-time, on callCompany CommitmentT3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP.
