Aive est une deeptech française pionnière en IA créative pour la vidéo, avec une technologie propriétaire MGT (Multimodal Generative Technology). Notre plateforme SaaS combine IA analytique et IA générative pour transformer la création, l’adaptation et l’optimisation vidéo, permettant aux marques, agences et studios de produire en quelques minutes des contenus personnalisés, multi‑formats et prêts à diffuser. Responsabilités Proposer des idées et participer aux ateliers de réflexion. Concevoir et rédiger les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles. Développer, tester et améliorer en continu les solutions backend. Déployer en staging puis en production. Suivre les livrables, surveiller la qualité et contribuer à la résolution proactive des incidents. Équipe & Technologies L’équipe back‑end construit les fondations d’Aive : stabilité, scalabilité et sécurité d’une plateforme capable de traiter de vastes volumes de données vidéo et audio en temps réel. Stack : Front‑end : React, Redux, Radix, Typescript, Canvas, Figma (UX) Back‑end : GraphQL, Go, Postgres, FFmpeg/libav Data : Go, Python, PyTorch, YOLO Infrastructure : Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP Qualifications Maîtrise de langages comme Python ou Go. Expérience avec des bases de données, notamment PostgreSQL. Bonne compréhension de la conception et du développement d’API. Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes. 5 ans d’expérience minimum en développement logiciel backend. Processus de recrutement L’entretien technique dure environ deux heures, en présentiel ou en visio, et porte sur votre raisonnement, votre approche face à un problème, votre logique de conception, et votre capacité à collaborer. Il comprend : un premier échange avec le Talent Acquisition Manager, un entretien technique avec deux ingénieurs et un membre d’une autre équipe ( produit, design ou data ).
