Skills and Competencies Required Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C++ programming, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and impactful solutions. Strong analytical computing and algorithmic problem‑solving skills. Solid understanding of advanced programming concepts, including performance optimization and memory management. Demonstrated passion for identifying and solving complex problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred Academic background or hands‑on experience in quantitative finance, particularly in areas such as financial risk modeling, fixed‑income analysis, or balance‑sheet management. Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use. Education Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust features aligned with business objectives. Conduct code reviews and participate in technical discussions to promote best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. Champion continuous improvement in software quality, development processes, and system architecture.
