International Financial Analyst

**What you do**
Within the Finance Department, in Strategic Planning & Controlling team, as the International Financial Analyst you will be in charge of financial performance analysis, planning, steering and challenging for Allianz Partners Group Lines of business and Regions. In this role you will also deliver global reports to the Allianz Partners Top Management (Board) and Allianz Group.

This key position within the organization enables Top Management to take strategic decisions, thanks to our analysis, reports and documents.

You will have the opportunity to be directly exposed to senior financial management in an international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will use a high level of focus on accuracy for contributing to Actuals and Plan reports to Allianz Group and to Allianz Partners Board
- You will execute dedicated tasks (e.g. Rolling Projection, PC Dashboard reporting, CFO Letter/QRP) in the monthly and quarterly Closing processes (Allianz Partners internal and for Allianz Group), manage deliverables on time and in quality
- You will manage and support Allianz Partners Planning process, i.e. consolidation of Allianz Partners Plan, Allianz Group uploads and deliverables, as well as target assessment and target setting processes for Allianz Partners, Lines of Business, Regions, Business Units, Functions
- You will analyze the financial performance of Allianz Partners at consolidated group level, liaising with Regional Planning and Controlling teams and other Finance teams (Risk, Corporate Finance, Actuarial)
- You will analyze reports produced by Regions / Lines of Business / Business Units
- You will reconcile Management view and Accounting / Risk /Actuarial views
- You will actively contribue to Finance function transformation, continuously improving Planning & Controlling process to capture and present financial Plan and Actuals
- You will respond to various ad hoc requests for Allianz Partners Board or Allianz Group
- You will bring contribution to various projects initiated by Finance teams or Business teams and to other Allianz Partners global functions (Digital, Strategy, Global Sales, Operations)

**What you bring**
- You have studied job-related fields and have the necessary certifications
- You have relevant experience in a finance function of a financial institution, preferably insurance, that helped you develop sstrong financial and analytical skills
- You have the ability to to synthesize and work under tight deadlines, prioritizing your workload
- You have the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- You are highly focused on the accuracy
- You have a fluent English language level, both written and spoken
