Météo-France invites applications for a junior scientist position based in Toulouse, within the CNRM research lab. The role focuses on real-time rain prediction and ensemble forecasting to support flood warnings and climate adaptation efforts.
The contract runs 24 months from May 2026 to April 2028. The candidate should have a PhD, expertise in mesoscale physics, and experience with Python workflows and weather radar data, with opportunities for teleworking and a staff restaurant on site.
