What you will do Data & Processes: Build and manage the sourcing flows from Clay and Sales Navigator to continuously feed our CRM (HubSpot) with new, relevant Accounts and Contacts Set up and improve enrichment automations, collaborating with the CRM Manager to maintain high data accuracy Build an efficient outbound orchestration platform by designing and implementing scoring, segmentation, and lead routing architecture Lead Activation: Manage outbound activation through Lemlist, creating personalized, multi-step, multi-channel outreach sequences Collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimize targeting, messaging and campaign performance Drive change and innovation by building creative outbound motions, iterating on signals/intent activation, and leveraging LLMs to improve efficiency Collaboration with the Sales team: Document processes and train the Sales team on best practices Create feedback loops with AEs, BDRs and Team Leads to improve the outbound motion Contribute to the launch of new geographies, surface the right segments to target, and iterate on playbooks Who You Are 3+ years running outbound or growth experiments in a B2B SaaS context Fluency with HubSpot, enrichment tools, and a sequencing platform (Clay and Lemlist) Experience stitching GTM tools using APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms You don’t need to be an expert in cybersecurity, but you are motivated by the mission Full professional proficiency in English and native in French You’re based in Paris or willing to relocate It will be a cultural fit if You’re a doer: not afraid to get your hands dirty You have high standards: expect performance to be the best You are enthusiastic and passionate about work Why join us at Riot Join a healthy-financial company and a path to scale with fundraising support Contribute to a fast-moving environment where growth is real Experience the energy of a collaborative team in our Paris office (Le Marais) Recruitment process First call with Grégoire, Revenue Ops Lead (30’) Manager fit interview with Grégoire Flahault (1h) Case study on site with the Founder and VP Sales (1h) Meet the team At Riot, we believe that diversity drives innovation and inclusion fosters belonging.
