What You’ll Do In this position, you will be responsible for upselling existing small to mid‑size clients with a nationwide reach. You will contact all such clients, analyse their needs, and sell additional products to achieve company goals and monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Your Missions Actively contact existing clients by phone and e‑mail. Drive success for our French portfolio during the first year, with potential to expand internationally. Understand each client’s needs and recommend the right combination of our solutions. Schedule demos for upselling opportunities (led by Account Managers). Attend demos to progressively upskill on D-EDGE’s products. Collaborate with internal product experts for technical or complex questions. Keep CRM data up‑to‑date with clear activity tracking. What You’ll Bring Comfortable calling existing clients and handling complaints or escalations professionally. Consultative sales approach by identifying both expressed and latent client needs. Organised activity management and next steps within our CRM. Proactive, team‑player attitude with tech‑savvy and customer‑focused mindset. Strong business acumen, including planning, sales, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented communication at all levels. Quick learner of new products and systems – knowledge of D-EDGE products is a plus. Understanding of hotel distribution channels, GDS, Consortia, and TMCs. SaaS experience, ideally within the hospitality technology sector. Fluent in English and French (other languages are a plus). Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Salesforce. Recruitment Process Telephone interview with Talent Acquisition Team (~30 min). First interview with Swann Couston, Country Business Development Director (~60 min). Role‑play exercise.
