Job Title: Project Director, Paris, France. Join our team and lead high-impact real estate projects for a global pharmaceutical and healthcare client We're seeking a seasoned Project Director to manage and deliver large-scale construction projects (€500K-€50M) in France. As a strategic leader, you'll oversee a portfolio of projects, manage teams, and drive business growth. Your expertise in project management, construction, and life sciences will enable you to champion cutting-edge workplace environments and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and expertise Develop and implement project strategies, risk management plans, and change management processes Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, and oversee project delivery Manage P&L, track progress, and report on project performance Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Requirements 12+ years of experience in design, engineering, or construction management, with a focus on life sciences, healthcare, or lab facilities Strong project management and portfolio management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects Construction background and knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures for life science facilities Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and client control platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and commissioning processes Knowledge of collaborative, integrated, and lean project delivery methods Certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (PMP, LEED AP) Participation in industry, marketing, and business development activities, with relationships with decision-makers in the life sciences industry What We Offer Opportunity to lead a team and drive business growth in a dynamic and innovative industry Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend were consolidated into a single global business entity.
