You will ensure the reliability, security, and accuracy of this data while owning the technical maintenance of our tool stack, turning Run cycles from manual burdens into smooth, error-free operations.ResponsibilitiesSecure the Critical "Run" CyclesPerformance Reviews: Own the data production for bi-annual review cycles. Automate cohort computation and eligibility rules to ensure accuracy.Compensation Hygiene: Maintain and secure Salary Dynamics models (GSheets/Turing) ensuring data integrity for fair compensation reviews.QPR Ownership: Lead data generation for Quarterly Performance Reviews across People, Talent, and Workplace.Tooling & Security OwnershipTechnical Administrator: Act as the Level 3 support and technical owner for our core stack (Lattice, Ashby, Alan Home).
