MISSION

The Data Governance Supervisor will be part of Data Governance Office. He/she will report to the Head of Data Governance Office. He/she will be responsible for the structuration & deployment of the Data Governance Framework for a list of defined Data domains based on validated Strategic Priorities.

The Data Governance Office is part of the Group Data Office under Digital & Transformation Direction. Data Governance Office core team is based in Marseille.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To support its Data transformation, we are looking for a person who will act as key actor to promote Data Governance by design best practices.

He will be the direct point of contact of the Data Sponsor and Data Domain owners (mostly VP level) of his/her community, ensuring the required governance & collaboration with them.

He/she will identify new business opportunities to achieve data office’s ambition and will play a key role on the execution of change management activities.

He/She will contribute to the enrichment of our Data Governance Framework (Operating model, roles & responsibilities, policies & standards, Service catalog,...), understanding the current pain points and leveraging on her/his previous experience to provide guidance & optimize ways of working.

He/she will ensure and lead the proper roll out the Data Governance roadmap (people, processes, tools) defined conjointly with the Data Governance Manager & validated with data sponsor and will define performance indicators to monitor Data Transformation for his/her defined scope of Data

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Program Manager profile having more than 10 years of experiences in Data Governance & Management

Ability to deliver & solve complex problems with team spirit, drive & leadership skills

Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral

CMA CGM Business Knowledge with ability to co-construct (in collaboration with data domain business & key partners) the roadmap to address future data ambition

Experience in Change Management, including communication and culture of change

Excellent knowledge of Data practices (Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality)

Good knowledge of Data Products (Business Intelligence, Data Science, External Data Catalog)

Fluent in French & English
