From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.Job Purpose: Manage existing & develop new Institutional client relationships, whilst promoting the firm’s products and services.ResponsibilitiesCross-Asset Sales-Trading & Execution of agency order flow in Equities, ETFs and Fixed Income (under matched principal capacity) for Institutional client base.Broaden the depth of desk coverage and product offering with complementary skillset, coverage capabilities & market knowledge in field of expertise. Advanced Product and market knowledge within developed and emerging markets.Senior Cross-Asset Sales-Trader with established book of key institutional relationships.Interact with clients and provide real-time coverage as part of a team.Actively market Equity, ETF and Fixed Income inventory to institutional customer base.Assist in providing tailored solutions to deepen existing relationships, drive new client opportunities and grow profitability.Onboard new clients, whilst managing, developing, and enhancing existing client relationships of the firm to drive activity & enhance trading opportunities.Cross sell broader StoneX capabilities.Maintain prompt and regular attendance.This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Mathematics preferred.10+ years’ experience Trading / Salestrading, specialising in Cross-Asset coverage of Institutional clients in Developed markets.Track record of generating revenue without reliance on Research, Investment banking and Capital Commitment.A background in High touch Equity sales-trading; pairs, ratios, mean reversion, arbitrage. And /or practical experience with / understanding of more complex Trading strategies; ARB / Fung Trading, Pairs / Ratio trading, Hedging (ETFs, Futures, Options), Managing Block Trades, Program / Basket trading.Experience of high touch sales-trading; disseminating salient market colour & (newsflow, liquidity, axes & IOIs) in a timely and consistent manner.A developed understanding of FIX protocol, algorithmic trading solutions, SOR and routing rules.Working with our Vendor partners, Local Brokers & Markets Makers to adhere to the firm’s best execution policy.Understanding of the current regulatory environment and the impacts of regulatory change on this business and its client base.Working within a team structure, but able to operate autonomously to assist with initiatives that provide solutions to client base.Solid front to back Trade Life Cycle understanding and international settlement Knowledge.Must hold the relevant regulatory licenses.Excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Proficient with Bloomberg and EMS / OMS Platforms for both Equity and Fixed Income Execution.Strong analytical skillset, able to display sound judgement and commercial mindset.Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.Desire to work as part of a broader global team across disparate geographies.Strong work ethic, with an emphasis on attention to detail.Must be flexible to work foreign market hours when necessary.Must be authorised to work in Europe for any employer.Always Maintaining the highest-level of Integrity.Full time, permanent, on-site #LI-SD1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
