Missions :

1. Contrôle des factures de transport et de stationnement
   • Vérification de la cohérence des factures : Comparer les factures avec les devis ou contrats fournisseurs.
   • Résolution des litiges : Gérer les différends avec les fournisseurs pour assurer une facturation correcte.
   • Suivi des indicateurs : Surveiller l'évolution des indicateurs de traitement des factures (factures échues, demandes d'avoir, etc.).
   • Reporting hebdomadaire : Établir des rapports hebdomadaires sur l'état des contrôles effectués.
2. Saisie de cohérence dans l'ERP des données de facturation de maintenance
   • Saisie des données : Enregistrer dans l'ERP les informations relatives à la facturation des prestations de maintenance.
   • Suivi des indicateurs : Suivre l'évolution des indicateurs de traitement des factures (factures échues, demandes d'avoir, etc.).
   • Reporting hebdomadaire : Réaliser des rapports hebdomadaires sur l'état des contrôles.

Candidate Requirements:

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un BTS comptabilité / gestion ou Assistant de Gestion
• Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en contrôle des factures. ou dans un rôle similaire.
• Maîtrise des outils de bureautique : Aisance avec les logiciels de bureautique.
• Capacité de synthèse : Aptitude à réaliser des rapports synthétiques sur l'état des activités du service de contrôle de facturation.
