Cartref Ni Limited is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help one gentleman maintain his homelife and civic engagement. You will work with a colleague to provide social and community activity support using an Active Support approach.
Experience with learning disabilities is welcome, with full induction, training and ongoing support provided. A driver is required, and meetings/training may involve travel to Flintshire and occasional visits to the office in St Asaph.
